Common Issues & Troubleshooting

If you encounter problems while using your software, here are the most common issues and how to resolve them:

Driver didn t load properly

1. Susano probably asked you to restart your computer before getting this error. If you didn't, make sure to do it.

2. Did you restart your computer but still have the issue?

   • Uninstall Vanguard

   • Uninstall FACEIT

   • Uninstall Kaspersky

   • Disable MalwareBytes

   • Disable Windows Defender

   • Disable any other running antivirus

3. Still doesn't work?

   • Open "Windows Security" → "Device Security" and disable "Core Isolation"

Fivem installation seems to be outside of LOCALAPPDATA

• Reinstall FiveM and make sure its installation folder is in %localappdata%

Loader instantly closing upon launch?

• Do not put the loader into OneDrive

• Move the loader into an empty folder

• Remove any application that can interfere with Susano

Cola-blue-shade error?

Game crashing upon injection?

1. Sync Date & Time

• Right-click on the clock and click on Adjust date/time Optionally, you can go to Start -> Settings -> Time & language -> Date & time Under Synchronize your clock, click on Sync now

Core Isolation keep enabling after restarting?

• Turn off Hyper-V by executing this in powershell: bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-All

• Disable VBS & Secure Boot in your BIOS

An error occured while spoofing?

1. Sync Date & Time

   • Update your NVIDIA Drivers

   • Contact the staff through a ticket in the customer discord, please.

System enviroment is not securly set up! Please disable all anti-virus/anti-cheat software.

• Move loader in different folder

Infinite loading issue?

1. Make sure to restart your computer after using Susano if you want to play on a protected game.

   • Disable every anti viruses (uninstall if it doesnt fix)

   • Uninstall every anticheat

   • Restart your computer

• Download and install latest version of DirectX: link

Vulnerable driver blocklist error?.

1. Windows 10 and Windows 11, version 21H2 systems.

   • Turn off memory integrity (HVCI). : Tutorial

   • Disable Windows in S Mode, if applicable. Tutorial

2. Windows 11, version 22H2 systems.

   • Open the Windows Security App.

   • From the Device Security panel, navigate to the core isolation page.

   • Set the state of the Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist to off.

   • Restart your device.
